Hold My Hand Dinner 2016

WHEN:
Wednesday, April 20th, 2016 at 5:30pm

WHERE:

Cicero – Berwyn is celebrating its 38th Anniversary!

We need your help! On Wednesday, April 20th 2016 the agency will host its largest fundraiser of the year, the 38th Annual “Hold My Hand” Fundraiser at Crystal Sky Banquets.  This event includes multiple raffles, an art auction, ad book and silent auction.  Donations of gift certificates, tickets, sports and celebrity memorabilia and gift baskets are just the type of incentives our guests need to help boost auction bidding and raffle ticket sales. Opportunities to place an ad in our event program book, to help underwrite costs or to sponsor the event are also available.

Raising funds is IMPERATIVE to help offset the State’s drastic cuts to early childhood programming and child care subsidies that have taken an extreme toll on our budgets this year.  Our agency depends on community fundraising, donations and grants to fulfill its mission.

Since we started our first program in 1978 we have touched the lives of thousands of at-risk children from low income families.  We have opened seven additional locations and currently provide over ten different program options serving more than 890 families and their children from birth to 12 years. We serve families residing and/or working in Cicero, Berwyn and other bordering communities. Our mission is to partner with parents to provide a strong educational foundation to prepare children for future success.

Your participation will have a direct impact on the children and families we serve, and the programs we offer.  If you have any questions or need further information regarding this event or how you can help the agency, please call Tracy Patton directly at 708-369-2568.

The Children’s Center of Cicero–Berwyn is a not-for-profit, registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to the education of children and their families.  All donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable by law.
