Leaf Man by Lois Ehlert
The
wind can take a leaf anywhere. Where
will Leaf Man travel? As we follow Leaf
Man toward the marsh, through the prairie, and past the
spotted cows, we are welcomed with creative illustrations made out of leaf
collages. These
beautiful illustrations allow your preschooler to use a little imagination as
they follow the story. Where do you
think Leaf Man will go?
Preparation: Take a crunchy walk outside
and collect different fallen leaves, acorns and twigs to create your own Leaf
Man or creature. Supplies: Leaves, twigs, acorns etc… Paper, Glue, and a little imagination!
