Popsicle for Breakfast?

Here is an easy breakfast idea to soothe those grumbling tummies!

 

BANA-SICLE
This is a great on-the-go healthy breakfast that is not only easy to make but perfect for those crazy (aren't they all) mornings. Just grab one and go!

Ingredients:
Cheerios, Yogurt, and Banana

Directions:
Peal the Banana and stick a Popsicle stick through the thick end.  Dip in your favorite yogurt, roll in Cheerios and freeze overnight. 
Voilà, breakfast to go!
